Decode, Decrpt License Plates :)

I've been thinking about this for a while.
Whenever I drive I see these vehicles passing by, or the ones that I pass, and have this coded message or some text in their license plates.
I find it fun to decode them and see what the license plate says.

Then I thought why not catalog them and put it in a separate blog.
